Motebit
This server is a motebit — verify identity on connect
Your key, your provider — the intelligence is pluggable. The body stays yours.
Hosted in China.
Downloads once (size shown above), then runs offline in your browser via WebGPU.
Auto-detects Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp, Jan, or any OpenAI-compatible server.
Requires OLLAMA_ORIGINS="https://motebit.com" for Ollama.
Capabilities
Skills (agentskills.io-compatible procedural knowledge) and Connections (MCP tool
servers) — what your motebit can do. Browse, install, manage in the Capabilities
panel.
Voice
With no key set, the creature speaks through your browser's built-in voice.
Voice keys — optional. Keys stay on this device.
Premium voice and transcription.

Memory consolidation while idle
Runs the four-phase consolidation cycle during quiet windows (orient → gather →
consolidate → prune). Signed receipts of the cycle's structural counts land in
the memory panel. Default off — sovereign fail-closed.
Publish consolidation proofs onchain
Anchors batches of signed receipts to Solana as Merkle memos (~$0.001 per batch,
8 receipts per batch). Requires consolidation above AND an identity with signing
keys. The motebit's Solana address is its identity public key; it pays its own
fees. Default off.
Direct Payment
Pay new agents directly (peer-to-peer)
The first paid task to an agent you have no history with falls back to
relay-coordinated settlement. Enable to pay a new agent directly onchain
instead, accepting the cold-start risk — trust then accrues from the transaction
for future routing. Default off: until you opt in, no funds move to an unknown
agent. Takes effect on your next delegation; no reload needed.

SyncNot connected
Ed25519 keypair stored in encrypted IndexedDB. Private key never leaves this browser.
Recovery Seed
Seed— hidden —
Anyone with this string can sign as your motebit forever, and can spend any SOL at
the address below.
Save it in a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, paper backup) and never paste it
in chat, email, or screenshots. Lose it without a paired device and the identity is
gone: guardian recovery is currently suspended on the reference relay, so there is no
other recovery path. Auto-hides after 60 seconds.
Sovereign Wallet
Address—
The address is your Ed25519 public key, base58-encoded — one key, two uses,
by mathematical coincidence. No relay, no custody, no intermediary. See the Sovereign
panel for live balance and funding.
Full identity bundle. You'll also need your recovery seed.
Raw key only. Reclaims funds + private key and re-derives your motebit_id (a legacy
random id is not derivable from the seed).

Restore from motebit.md
Select your motebit.md backup file. You'll provide your recovery seed in the next step
to complete the restore.
Restore from recovery seed
Paste your 64-hex-char recovery seed. A sovereign motebit_id (the default) is re-derived
from the seed; a legacy random id cannot be recovered from the seed alone. Your
cryptographic identity (private key + Solana address + funds) is preserved.
Restore identity
Restoring will activate:
This replaces your current identity. Funds, credentials, and trust currently on this
device will be ORPHANED. Cannot be undone.
